Kodiak MemCloud is a hosted service that delivers memory-speed clusters in minutes. MemCloud is enabled by Kodiak's VCI software and runs on the latest technology with NVMe flash and 100GE networking.
MemCloud enables clusters of many types and sizes:
Each virtual cluster is provisioned as a unique DataContainer dedicated to a specific user. Users access their clusters and DataContainers via a user-friendly portal that alerts them to any issues and monitors usage.
Users also have their own Virtual Private Network (VPN) which is accessed via standard VPN techniques. Each host in the cluster has its own IP addresses and name.
MemCloud is deployed at Colocation facilities using servers specifically selected for their bandwidth and general performance. Each server has over 100Gb of networking bandwidth and 100Gb of NVMe flash memory bandwidth. This combination enables each virtual node to operate at 10x the speeds of typical cloud nodes which have 10Gb connectivity and perhaps 10Gb of local SSD I/O bandwidth.
